Deputation of Kashmiri Pandits meets Chief Minister | KNO

JAMMU, APRIL 26 (KNO) : A deputation of members of Kashmiri Pandit community called on the Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti here today.

During the meeting, the deputation discussed the arrangements for the upcoming Mela Khir Bhawani. Advisor to Chief Minister, Prof. Amitabh Mattoo was present on the occasion. The deputation thanked the Chief Minister for the excellent arrangements put in place by the Government during last year’s Mela Khir Bhawani. They sought her intervention in putting in place similar arrangements for this year’s mela as well.

The Chief Minister assured the deputation that appropriate arrangements would be put in place by the Government this year as well.
